1. Returns

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or delivered incorrectly.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs (unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Order Cancellation
